Getting started is simple! Complete our basic registration form on our Join Page This enables us to create an online account for you, we can make sure all your purchases are tracked and entered into your account, this way you can see for yourself how your account looks and monitor your cashback. |

You will find over 700 big brand stores on the Give or Take website. We have added an easy to use 'search function' for you to find specific stores quickly. If you would like to shop at a store that is not shown please tell us: info@giveortake.com. |

Please be patient! It can take up to two weeks for your cashback to appear in your account – most of the stores use an automated system, but some still use a manual one, which takes a bit longer. If your account still does not show the cashback two weeks after you have made a sale, please enter full details into the dispute form, found in your account. We will then investigate your query as soon as possible. |

KEEPING your cashback for yourself is simple, just select the 'Take' option in your account. You can set your take limit to £25, £50, £75 or £100 (accounts have £25 as the pre-selected limit). Each month all accounts are checked and if you have exceeded your pre-selected limit with confirmed cashback you will be sent a cheque for the balance of your account or get paid your cashback directly into your chosen bank account. Please note that there is a small annual charge of £5 for using our service which we will take once your account reaches £25. After that, 100% of the cashback for the rest of the year is all yours. |

To donate to one of our Charity Partners just make sure you select the 'Give' option in your online account and choose your charity. We now offer a free service to charities, and we don’t charge your account or the charity. Payments are made monthly to any charities that earn over £10.00 cashback from their supporters in that month. At this point if the charity you support has earned over £10.00 then your confirmed cashback will be paid to that charity. If you would like to donate to a charity that is not listed please let us know: charities@giveortake.com. |

| What does 100% cashback mean for me? |
|
Give or Take now offers 100% cashback on everything you buy, which means we give you 100% of the money we receive in advertising commission for each purchase you make through the site. In a nutshell, you will now earn double the amount of cashback you earned before. If you take a look at your favourite stores you'll see that literally overnight ALL their cashback amounts have DOUBLED. For example, you used to get £60 cashback from ScreenTrade Car Insurance where you'll now get £120, and you'll get 9% cashback on everything you buy at Figleaves instead of 4.5%. |

| So how can you do it? |
|
We used to keep 50% of the advertising fee from purchases made through the site to cover the costs of providing our service. However from 02/07/07 instead of keeping 50% from all your purchases, we now just take £5 from your first commission payment….and will only take this £5 admin fee once a year. This is great news for members, as you will now receive 100% cashback (instead of 50%) from all your purchases throughout the year, apart from the first time every year your account has earned £25 when we will take our £5 fee. |

| When do members pay their annual £5 fee? |
|
If you join Give or Take after 2nd July 2007, your year will run from the date you sign up as a member. For existing members, this new annual fee will be taken from your next commission payment of £25 or more that you earn after 2nd July 2007. The next time we'll take our annual £5 fee will be from your first commission payment of £25 or more that becomes payable to you after 2nd July 2008, and the same for every year you remain a member. This charge applies only if you opt to take your cashback. |

| What happens if I give my cashback to charity? |
|
Our service remains totally free of charge for you and the charity if you give your cashback to charity – the only difference is that now you can now raise DOUBLE the amount of money for your chosen charity from every purchase you make through Give or Take! |
